Efrat joined IsrA.L.S. in October 2007 as Deputy CEO and in May 2009 assumed the position of CEO. In the past, she managed a family business in the US and prior to that was regional director at Manpower, a human resources company. Efrat has a B.A in Psychology and an M.A. in Business Administration.

Moran started working at IsrA.L.S. in December 2007 as a social worker and later was appointed Head of the Patient Care and Support Department. Before that she worked as a social worker with young adults at ALUT-The Israeli Society for Autistic Children and as Head of Information for the organization. She has a B.A. in Social Work and an M.A. in Management and Negotiations and Conflict Resolution.

Zohar joined IsrA.L.S. in February 2011. In the past. she worked at the Sha’ar Menashe Psychiatric Hospital and at the Netanya Center for Prevention of Violence in the Family. Zohar has a B.A. and an M.A. in Social Work.

Dalia has been with IsrA.L.S. since its inception in July 2004. Prior to joining IsrA.L.S., Dalia was bookkeeper and administrative director at Shatit. She has diplomas in Bookkeeping, levels 1, 2 and 3.
